128 Monday November 27th 1876. I did the washing all alone this forenoon and got it done before dinner. As soon as I ate my dinner I went over to town and did some trading. As soon as I came home Mother went over. I did nothing but knit in the evening. Tuesday November 28th 1876. I made a couple of bolster cases this morning and then began operations on Mothers dress. I worked at that till noon and after dinner began Rob a pair of every day pants I finished them before supper And knit all the evening. Wednesday November 29th 1876. I finished Mothers dress this forenoon. And went to town right away after dinner. It was very snowy and bad. I did a lot of trading for myself and for Mother. When I came home Charlie McCall was here. I knit nearly all the evening When I found my work was all wrong I raveled it out ready for a new start
