156. Sunday February 18th 1877 It was a splendid day Rob and Hatt were going to the valley But Father wanted the horse and buggy to start to Toledo this afternoon Rob and I went to church. And had only just got home when Mr Palmer and Pete came After dinner they went for a walk and I wrote a letter to Lou. They came back before supper and Mr Palmer went to church in the evening. Hatt and Mr Pottle went to And when they came back found Mr Whetstone here. Win was over in the afternoon. Pete and I started to go to Folsoms but they followed us so we came back. I helped get the supper and do the work up. Monday February 19th 1877 I was nearly sick with a cold today. We did not wash. I sewed some. I finished up my skirt. Charlie McCall was here a little while in the forenoon. I felt wretched and went to bed early Mr and Mrs Palmer spent the evening here Mother went to town after supper.
