165. Wednesday March 14th 1877. I helped do up the work this morning and did part of the ironing in the afternoon. Hatt went to town again at night. I worked all my spare time afternoon and evening on my tidy. Weather very cold. Thursday March 15th 1877. Weather more moderate. I helped with the morning work and finished the ironing this forenoon and worked afternoon and evening on my tidy. Hatt went to a party with John McCollister. I did not feel hardly able to go. Have not felt well for two days. Friday March 16th 1877 It was storming terribly this morning and sent word for Hatt to stay over to Wins all day As she stopped there all night. I worked on my tidy all my spare time Pete came over to spend the evening. All the young folks went to society. Weather pleasanter at night. I had a postal from Lizzie
