178 Sunday April 15th 1877. I did not feel very well today. I helped do the work and read a little in the evening we all went to church but Hatt and she had company. Pete and I went to the Baptist church. Monday April 16th 1877. It was a very pleasant morning. We did not wash but Miss Baily and I drove to town and down to Aunt Mary's We got home just before dinner and late in the afternoon started out for a horse-back ride. We enjoyed it wonderfully only that we had to stop at Wins till after a shower. Hatt went to the theater at night. I went to bed early. Tuesday April 17th 1877. It was not a very pleasant day. I helped do the work but was nearly sick. Miss Baily went over to Wins to stay all night as she goes away in the morning. I went to bed early.
