184 Thursday May 3rd 1877. I was miserably sick most of the day I did nothing but sew a little on my pillow case. Pete came over in the evening and we went to the theater. The play "[Lemons?]" was a very good farce. I felt much better and enjoyed it very much. Friday May 4th 1877. It was a splendid day and Mother spent it in town visiting I did the work and made me an apron. I did not go to society at night but worked on my pillow case. Saturday May 5th 1877. I cut me out a white apron this forenoon and sewed on my pillow case after dinner I went riding with Pete a little while in the afternoon and went to town after meat. The carpenter was over this afternoon to take the estimate of the house. I went to bed early.
