187 Saturday May 12th 1877 I helped do up the work and did my ironing and baked cake before dinner right away after dinner I walked over to town for molasses to make brown bread I helped with the house-work all the afternoon and knit in the evening. Sunday May 13th 1877. I helped do the work and visited with Aunty Walker, Uncle and his sister Mrs Seldon who spent the day here. After they had started home I walked over to Folsoms and Mollie and Jim came home with me They stayed till supper was ready but would not stop to eat. Pete and I went to the Presbyterian church tonight. It has been a windy disagreeable day. Monday May 14th 1877. Did nothing at all in the forenoon and soon after dinner Mother Lee and I went to the valley. Took supper with Aunt Em. And they came on home and I stayed all night at Aunt Ellens.
