199 Saturday June 16th 1877. Mother went to town and was gone most of the forenoon. Mr & Miss Cattrell went boat-riding. We were all round home in the afternoon And in the evening went to society. Weather pleasanter. Sunday June 17th 1877. Mother and Lee went to the valley to spend the day. I did the work all day. Wins came over in the afternoon. Part of us went to The Baccalauriete at The Chapel, from four till five. While we were washing the supper dishes Pete came and him and I went down to Robinsons Where we had a pleasant call. When we got home found the young folks all sitting on the porch singing. Later in the evening Pottle and Hatt took Winnie home. Monday June 18th 1877. There was a prospect of rain this morning but Hatt did the washing. In the afternoon She and Miss Cattrell went to
