209. Saturday July 7th 1877. Such a terrible terrible warm day and how hard we worked. We got every thing moved and packed and put away from the two rooms up stairs and the sitting room including all the cup-boards closets &c &c. I had a little spare time in the afternoon to help Mother sew on a pair of pants she was making for Father. Winnie was here nearly all day. Sunday July 8th 1877. The weather some pleasanter this morning I felt completely worn out with my hard days work yesterday. As soon as we got dinner over I went up stairs and washed and dressed myself I suppose for the last time with the old roof over me. I felt too tired to even read and laid down and took a nap. I was down to Mrs McGoverns a little while Pete came over just before supper and in the evening him and I went down to Robinsons I felt very tired when we got back.
