215. Tuesday July 24th 1877. I did the washing this forenoon And in the afternoon changed my dress as we were looking for Mr Hersey over. He called a moment yesterday. I drew of another pillow case to chain stitch. Weather very warm. I wrote a note to Mollie Templin this afternoon. Mother went to town. Wednesday July 25th 1877. We did the ironing this forenoon and in the afternoon Mother and Rob took a ride to the west farm, as soon as they got back Rob and I went to town I fixed my dress sleeves and cut some carpet rags. Weather very warm and a prospect of rain. Thursday July 26th 1877. It was a very warm morning and we all worked till nearly noon getting the old parlor and sitting room ready for new plaster. I put in the afternoon working in the carpet rags. It rained a little and Hatt was down to McGoverns nearly all the afternoon
