225. spend the afternoon and the supper with Aunty. I got a letter from Bently today. I am nearly sick and awfully discouraged. Saturday August 25th 1877. Mother went to town this morning and we girls cut out our new dresses. When she got home I stopped and helped get dinner. Mollie and Libbie Stevens took dinner here. Mother heard Mr Robner was in the Iowa City jail. We girls worked on our pillow cases in the afternoon. I felt very tired and went to bed early. Sunday August 26th 1877. It was an intensely warm day. Mother and Rob were in the valley all day. I did not feel very well, just did the work and read a little. Wrote a letter to Mr Bently. Monday August 27th 1877. It was a warm day and stormed very hard in the afternoon. The boys were making fence today. And we girls worked all day on our calico dresses, a postal from Lizzie
