232 concluded to stay here. After supper they with Cattrell went after their trunks. The weather was warm and I felt very tired tonight. Hatt is nearly sick with a cough. Win was over this afternoon. Wednesday September 12th 1877. I helped with the work till 10 oclock and then went to town. I got a lot of dishes and a new tea-pot. Rob helped me carry things home. We got home just before dinner. In the afternoon I baked two cakes, and helped with the work generally. Mr Bently came this afternoon. Thursday September 13th 1877. It was a very sultry morning but I did the washing out before noon. In the afternoon I washed some windows and gathered the clothes in. Mother went to town in the buggy and I got the supper started. Hatt is no better. I had a good letter from Lizzie today. Friday September 14th 1877. I attended to the work this morning and Mother cleaned the floor to the hall and the two bed rooms down stairs.
