Tuesday November 13th 1877. We ironed today. Mother spent the day down to Robinsons I went out to Fletchers and did not get home till after dark. Hatt went to the Opera tonight I practiced an hour and wrote to Owen. Wednesday November 14th 1877 it rained all day I did house-work all the morning and put in all the afternoon fixing up hats. Rob and I went to the Opera at night. It is perfectly splendid. I had a postal from Al. Thursday November 15th 1877. We got our work all done in the forenoon and I cut carpet rags in the afternoon. Hatt was away awhile. Mother went to town in the afternoon and did not get back. We all went to the Opera again tonight and she went with us. Weather pleasanter. Concluded in 1875.
