Sunday August 20- 1933 To SS [&]? church with celt. I read and slept in ofternoon. Hattie came to have lunch with us. I read awhile and went to bed early Monday August 21- 1933 I came ovre with Celt soon ofter breakfast Hattie was down town and spent part of the forenoon with me. I rested in ofternoon wrote Blanch Blach. went home with celt. read in evening. Letter from [Winnie]? Tuesday August 22nd- 1933 I was busy sewing most of the day on a dress I am fixing Letter from Alice [Candon]? went home with celt at noon [illegible] at 5 PM. He had company in the evening Wednesday August 23- 1933 I finished my dress in forenoon. I rested some ofternoon. Hattie came and we went home with celt at supper time I had letter from [Lorna]? I wrote [Julia]? and to Mary. Rob came for Hattie soon after supper. we sat on the porch Celt card from [Buddy]? Thursday August 24- 1933 I put up [illegible] In AM that [Mallie] had brought to me. When I went home with celt at noon got ready to go to Cedar Rapids with Mrs Smith and Edith. I looked for material for a dress and found what I likedl We had supper before we left- there. a pleasant ride home. Celt had his supper before. I got there. was tired went to bed early
