Monday October 16- 1933 It was raining this morning. but stopped so we got over to The [elevoted]? to came to The La Salle St [Station]? I had a nice trip home. celt met me and left me at home. Later he took me home with him for supper He went on to see George Folsom who is quite sick Mary brought me home. I wrote Winnie letter [&]? Birdie a letter(crossed out) card here from her Tuesday October 17- 1933 It was raining this morning I did some work obout the rooms. Mrs Gay brought up things for my breakfast. Le Erand got here at 9.45. soon ofter dinner he and William came to see me. I rested in oftermorn. Later wrote letter to Hattie card to Lorna Wednesday October 18- 1933 It was very late when I got up. Rob here to call Mary took me up town early in oftermorn I got a new hat and some things I needed. I did not get to see Dr Smith he was not in the office. Letter from Lorna I walked home and read most of the evening but wrote Hattie [&]? Ida. Thursday October 19- 1933 I was over to Mrs Records to a red luncheon Cora took me. I stopped up town got my kitchen clock. I wrote Hattie obout the fact that Le Erand need not go to The Phillipines but must return to San Francisco by Nov 1st The [Byringtons]? called for me to go to The church for supper. Mary was helping serve a pleasand evening to meet with church people again. Later wrote to Lorna [&]? [Winnie]?
