Monday January 22- 1934 I did some ironing and the regular work a letter from Mrs Doyle. We went to a picture show in the aftermorn. made a mistake and went to the wrong one and later to the one we really wanted to see Evening here. Tuesday January 23- 1934 I was home all day Did a little sewing and began a table cover for Ida she went up town in PM warm for the time of year. a letter from Erma Herriott Wednesday January 24- 1934 Cora came for us before noon. Soon after dinner we went to Cedar Rapids. Cora did an errand while we went to a picture show. Came home in the rain. We were at Whetstones till 9.30 Rob brought us home Letter from Winnie Wrote Mrs Falk Thursday January 25- 1934 Very cold. We were in all day. I worked on Idas table cover. She busy. Paid Mrs Gay rent for Febrary. Cora went to Chicago. Friday January 26- 1934 I was home all day. Ida up town in forenoon We went to The church for supper in the evening with celt. I feel I am having on of my colds coming on Saturday January 27- 1934 I coughed and sneezed all day. But kept at the work. Rob took Ida up there for the day. She went to a lecture in evening. The [Ensings]? brought her home at ten oclock. I got some cleaning and washing done and worked some on Idas table cover.
