Saturday April 7- 1934 I worked at crotchet all forenoon. Went to town with The Falks in afternoon my face feels better The evening on the porch very warm today. Letters from Celt [&]? Hattie Sunday April 8- 1934 I wrote letter to Hattie cards to Birdie [&]? Celt before going to church. Rested in PM. Later a number of callers. Evening on the porch [&]? listening to Radio warm Monday April 9- 1934 Busy all forenoon. Down town soon after dinner I was to see about a Pullman ticket home. We called at Mrs Larimores Mrs Merrimans and The Kimbels. In evening went with The Falks to Mitchels where they played cards Tuesday April 10- 1934 I wrote letter to Mrs Gay. Crotcheted till noon. We went to a picture show. I got my Pullman order all night. We called at Mrs Garrisons. A letter from Celt saying LeErand must leave for Alaska today. The Press tells Mrs Home dead Wednesday April 11- 1934 Fine day. I wrote Hattie [&]? Winnie letters and card to Celt Seibert. A check for extra money I might need on the way. We got to town by twelve oclock and met the other ladies to go to Mrs Welsh luncheon at Benton Springs Such a pleasant party. got my Pullman ticket In the evening went to Presbyterian prayer meeting Mrs Falk told me we were to go to Gainsville tomorrow with Mrs Garrison
