Monday March 23- 1931 I did some sewing in the AM and wrote Laura & Ida. Went over to The hospital early in the afternoon by Bus. It rained so I came back by Taxi. Rob better so he was at the store today William not getting on so well. Tuesday March 24- 1931 Still raining The report from William some better Letter from Winnie. I read some. slept in afternoon Hattie came later. Ott called to take us to picture show.. Wednesday March 25- 1931 I did some sewing. finished reading a book. Letters from LeGrand & Louie Bremner. pleasant again I walked up town and did a lot of errands. I felt pretty tired. Read in the evening. Thursday March 26- 1931 I did not get up very early. Did regular work and wrote Elizabeth McCallister. I slept awhile in the afternoon. Hattie came later. Ott took us to the church supper. very pleasant affair I wrote Winnie later Friday March 27- 1931 It had snowed and was a raw ugly day. I put in some time looking over old records, wrote Mrs Falk. Saturday March 28- 1931 The drifts were bad today Ott could not get the car out. he got a taxi over and came down here for dinner I put in the afternoon looking over old diarys Read a book in the evening. Down stairs awhile
