Friday July 10- 1931 I was busy with different things in AM. took a long sleep in PM. After supper William & Mary took me over there for a visit. home at 9.30 Saturday July 11- 1931 Mary came and took me up town to pay bills and do errands. I did some sewing in PM and took a nap Mrs Gay up in the evening so we finished changing my bedroom furniture about. Letters from Ida & Winnie she has moved again. Wrote both of them in the evening late to bed Sunday July 12– 1931 Ott took me to church. This is the last sermon Mr Lemon preaches for several week. He goes to Russia. I slept in PM. Later had a delightful ride with The Gays. Rain tonight Monday July 13- 1931 I was busy about the rooms part of the forenoon slept & rested in PM. After supper had a ride with The Andersons. Stopped for a call. Elmer brought me home. Tuesday July 14- 1931 I was busy about the house most of the AM. Ott here for dinner. We had a talk about some business matters. tried to sleep in PM. Jim Cameron & Mary stopped on their way to Burlington. Rob & Cora took me up there after supper I came home by taxi at ten oclock. awful hot
