Saturday March 5- 1932 I gave the rooms a good cleaning in AM with the help of Mrs Gays good boy Dick. It snowed last night and was a cold unpleasant day. I read and sewed some in PM. A letter from Mrs Pope at Ottawa Ill. Ott & Mary here a few moments. Sunday March 6- 1932. It was frightfully cold. I was in all day. Rob came in the AM and brought papers and my pen. I read some. Hattie here at supper time In evening I wrote Ott Seibert & Grace Taylor. Monday March 7- 1932. Still very cold. I did not feel well. I have cold coming on. I read in PM and slept awhile. Ott here for dinner. Hattie here just a few moments later in the day. Rob drove to Des Moines today and William & Mary to Dubuque. Letter from LeGrand. Tuesday March 8- 1932. Even colder than yesterday I am still sneezing and feel this cold. Letters from Laura & Louie Bremner. In evening wrote Mrs Greenholgh. at the Rosslyn Rob brought me more money, 50.00 put 100 in bank. Wednesday March 9- 1932. Still cold. I did not feel very well. Ott here for lunch I read some and visited over the phone. Ott here later to call Thursday March 10- 1932 I was home all day. Hattie came here from Red meeting Ott took us to The Church supper. After I cam home wrote Winnie Laura & Edith. Letter from Mrs Ben Price at Pasadena. Mary here in AM
