Thursday May 19- 1932. I did not do much of any thing but write some letters to Winnie Laura, Nellie Boswell and Grace McCallister I heard Henry Rowe at Monrovia was dead. Went to the last church supper in the evening with Ott. Friday May 20- 1932. Did the AM. work. Ott here for dinner. Later I went by Bus to see Laura [Mohana]. She was down at Mrs Hoffmans. I went there. Ott brought me home. Saturday May 21st 1932. Mary took me up to see Dr Ned early in the AM He found me in good shape. Rob called for me there to ride to Oxford. So pleasant. Rested in PM. In evening read and cleared out desk. Letter from Ida. still in Granville Sunday May 22- 1932. Went to SS & church with Ott. after dinner a sleep. Then with the Byingtons for a ride. Supper there and home at 8.30. Then looked over old letters in library table drawer Monday May 23- 1932. I finished clearing out table drawer. Wrote to Ida. A card from Ott Seibert. Hattie and I to picture show in PM. stopped at Library for books. Hattie here till 6-oclock. Read in evening Tuesday May 24- 1932. Letters from Lois Simpson Mrs Doyle Mrs Falk and Kate Rowe. I wrote Roxie Robaneov and Ott Seibert in forenoon. I slept part of the afternoon, and read all evening. Weather warmer. rain at night.
