Thursday November 3- 1932. Busy in AM. Ott here for dinner. Mary took me up town. I got some things at [Strobs] and was at The Doctors office before we went up to Hatties In the evening wrote [Marnie] Briggs & Winnie I sent her papers too. Friday November 4- 1932. I was busy most of the forenoon Had a nice ride with Mrs Gay in the afternoon. Rain drove us home. The word came Anna Denton very bad. Saturday November 5- 1932. I was busy at home in AM. Slept awhile after dinner Later Mollie Stevens here. When she went I walked to The telephone building to pay bill for two months and to The Library for books. Down stairs in evening letter from Ida. Sunday November 6- 1932. I was ready for SS when Ott came for me. We went home with Hattie for dinner. Stayed till four oclock. Such a beautiful day. I read some was down stairs to listen to radio and went to bed early. Monday November 7- 1932. I read some in AM after doing morning work. Laura [Mohana] here in afternoon. Ott here late as it was raining he took Laura home. read some and down stairs to listen to speakers. Tuesday November 8- 1932. It rained most of the day. I went over to The Legion bld and voted late in afternoon. Hattie & Mollie Stevens here awhile I read in the evening. William here a few moments Ott called up to report Election returns. Mrs Gay a card party tonight
