Friday March {April} 5, 1929 I read some in AM. Ida and I went to Granville to a missionary programe and lunch at The Baptist church. I was tired when we got home. I rested till supper time. Mrs. Johnson here all evening. Saturday April 6th 1929 We did not do much of anything in AM. I wrote Cora, Mattie & Winnie early in the PM and later Betty took us to Newark for a drive. Evening at home Sunday April 7th 1929 Betty took Ida & me to church. I rested in PM. After late dinner Harry took us for delightful ride. Evening here with the family. Monday April 8th 1929 I left The Boswells late in forenoon. Had lunch in Columbus and came on down by urban car. I came up to Matties in a taxi. Soon after I reached here it rained very hard. Wrote Ida and sent letter and found here from Hattie. Tuesday April 9th 1929 It rained all day. I wrote Winnie, Emma Herriot, Lydia, & Fannie. Mrs Gibbs here for call. Mattie and I went to concert in evening. Came home in the rain. Wednesday April 10th 1929 I wrote letters in AM. We wrote to Blanche Black. I sent letters to Hattie, Ida & Winnie about when I would leave here. We went to see Josephine Esker and did some errands. Evening here at home.
