Saturday April 27th 1929 I went up town, was at Otts office. He told me about his visit in Oklahoma City. I was very tired and slept in afternoon. It rained in evening. I read and wrote Winnie. I sent her the card about where to get my galoshes. I got word today. Sunday April 28th 1929 Ott stopped to tale me to church and I went home with him for the rest of the day. Such a good visit. He and Fannie brought me home. Wrote Ida & Lydia. weather cool. Monday April 29th 1929 I was busy most of the forenoon. I went to the PO before dinner. Mailed a package to Laura Mason. Spent the afternoon at Aunt Emmas. I saw Anna a moment. Was shocked to see how badly of she is. Read in evening. Tuesday April 30th 1929 I did a little washing. Hattie came and we went up to see The Show parade. She came home with me for dinner. Cora came for her later. I read some. There was a hard rain with hail early in the evening. Wednesday May 1st 1929 I did ironing and then went up to The Presbyterian church to meeting. Hattie and I walked down together. I got my checks and did some errands. She went over the river. I wrote Lizzie Lindley after I came home. Mailed package to Ida. Thursday Mat 2nd 1929 I went to Dr Jacobsen and had four teeth pulled. Hattie here in the afternoon. Wrote Mattie Stitt, Cousin Jen & Mrs Falk. I had a letter from Mattie and card from Mrs Doyle at Vancouver. weather cold.
