Friday May 3rd 1929 I feel pretty wretched with my teeth out. Slept part of afternoon. Had card from Lydia & letter from Mrs Falk. Wrote Mrs Doyle, Joe Woolf and Lydia. Read in evening. Saturday May 4th 1929 I went up town to get some things after I did the morning work. Hattie came early in the afternoon. We went up town and later Cora came for here. William & Mary here in evening. I am finishing tatting centre piece. Sunday May 5th 1929 I went to S S and church with Ott and rode home with The Andersons. I read some and took a sleep. I read in a book till bed-time. No one here at the house. Monday May 6th 1929 I worked at home cleaning most of the day. I got the bath room and kitchen cleaned even to washing curtains. Letters from Mattie Fletcher & Sister Ida. Read in evening. Tuesday May 7th 1929 I washed more curtains and some windows. A letter from Mrs Doyle. Went home with Rob to dinner. Hattie and I came back to a picture show. Later I ironed curtains. Wrote Ida. Wills birthday. Wednesday May 9 1929 I washed more curtains and went up town for some things. I made some drapes for windows in afternoon and finished the tatting center piece for Hattie I began in DeLand. I ironed the curtains before supper. I was busy till bed-time. Very tired and ready to go to bed. Letter from Winnie.
