Monday November 11th 1929 Armistice Day. How sick I felt eleven years ago today. Some celebration going on. I wrote Mrs Wilson & Mrs Falk. Hattie here in afternoon. I had letters from Winnie and Ann Henslee. I read in the evening. Tuesday November 12th 1929 I was home all day. Did some washing in AM. A cloudy day. Slept in afternoon. Wednesday November 13th 1929 I did ironing and sewed some. Wrote Lydia. Hattie came in the afternoon, was here for supper and we went to a picture show. Cora came for her at late bed-time. Thursday November 14th 1923 I did up my AM work and wrote Winnie. Soon after dinner I went over to Mrs Murphys and then to Mr Thomas. Came back by PO. After supper walked to prayer meeting. Hattie came home with me. Fine day. Letter from Lydia. Friday November 15th 1929 I did some cleaning, went up town. Hattie here for dinner. I went over to Otts by taxi late in afternoon. William & Mary left for Lafayette to go to the game. Saturday November 16th 1929 In forenoon wrote Lydia, Belle Murry, Ann Henslee, Paul Whetstone, Grace Taylor. Had a chance to ride to town in PM. brought Buddy with me to my rooms awhile. Then we walked home. Had letter from LeGrand and Sister Ida who has gone to Albuquerque N.M. Will Bremner writes Ott that Louis Bremners Mother is dead.
