Sunday February 2nd 1930 Rob took me to S S. William came for Ott and brought me home. After dinner I wrote Mattie Fletcher, Sister Ida, Mrs Wilcox Los Angeles, Mattie Stitt, Maurice Reed, Carrie Wilson & The Pennistons. read in evening. Monday February 3rd 1930 I was sewing most of the day. Ott here fro dinner. I went up town just before supper. Letter from Laura & Winnie. Tuesday February 5th 1930 Letter from Emma Herriott to tell me her Mother very ill. One from Mr Pittsford in regard to Delavan Chicago Club banquet. I went to the church in a taxi for the meeting. Cora brought me home. I wrote Laura, Winnie, Cousin Jen, Mrs Falk. Emma Herriott and Ella Nagle. Read some in book. Thursday February 6th 1930 I sewed till noon. Mary came to take me up to Hattie. We had such a nice day. They brought me home at 5 oclock. I sewed some in evening and read The Great Mogel. Friday February 7th 1930 I finished my gowns soon after dinner. Then went up town. Did some washing later. I rented my rooms to Mrs Searles. Then talked with Ida Anderson. I am expecting to go with her next Tuesday for company part way to DeLand. Sewed in evening. I had letter from Laura. Lydia not much better. Wrote to Laura & LeGrand. Nice weather.
