Friday April 25th 1930 I washed some curtains fixed the mattress for new bed. Did a lot of cleaning. Hattie here a little while in PM. Tishie came to get Emma Herriotts address. A letter from Alice Condon. Very tired, went to bed early. Charlies birthday. Saturday April 26th 1930 I went up town early. Got material to make drapes for my bed room and to fix my new spread to match. I did ironing before noon. Then sewed all afternoon on curtains and spread, put up curtains after supper. A letter from Ida & LeGrand. Wrote her a special delivery. Very tired tonight. Sunday April 27th 1930 I went to church with Ott. Soon after dinner I lay down and slept most of the time till 5.20. Mrs Gay up awhile. Mary came in while I was asleep. It rained all afternoon. Wrote Mable McDougall & Mrs Clute in evening. Monday April 28th 1930 I took down curtains in front rooms and washed them. Cleaned windows. Mrs Gay gave me some dinner. I went up town after dinner. Did some errands. Put Mrs Searles check in the bank. I ironed curtains before supper. Down stairs in evening. Tuesday April 29th 1930 I put up curtains and did some washing. I slept awhile after dinner. Then did a little sewing. Ida came by Bus at supper time. We visited awhile but as both were tired went to bed early.
