Friday June 20th 1930 A year today since Dear Fannie left us. I did my ironing some more cleaning. Late in PM Mrs Gay took me to get a peck of cherries. I put them up. Met the midnight train as Winnie came then. Saturday June 21st 1930 Was very busy all AM. Ott here for early dinner then went to River Junction picnic to speak. Soon after dinner Winnie & I went out to Aunt Emmas. The Whetstones found us there and took us down to Stevens and on home with them for supper. brought us home later. It had turned very warm. Letter from Frankie Pointain. Sunday June 22nd 1930 Ott came and took us to church and home with him for dinner. Late in PM they brought us to call on Laura Mahana and left us at Murphys later and we walked on home, had supper and rested till I took Winnie to the midnight train. Very hot weather. We did all we could for the little time [Winnied?] had. Monday June 23rd 1930 Still hot rested what I could. Letters from Laura who told Rie Sanford was dead. Mrs Falk told Miss Stackstater was gone. Also letter fro LeGrand & Ida. Rested all I could. Tuesday June 24th 1930 Wrote Mrs Rowe. Letter from Birdie. Went over to Byingtons with the Whetstones. To the cemetery to look after work on Whetstone-Byington lot. Jeff Mc--- came for me to spend the evening with them He had been in Oklahoma City. Weather cooler.
