Monday June 30th 1930 Busy about the house in AM. Mary took me to Dr Urban after dinner. He treated my feet. I rested the rest of PM. The Byingtons went to the cemetery after supper. We took Hattie. The monument is finished in their lot. Very beautiful. Read in evening. Letter from Winnie. Tuesday June 1st 1930 Wrote Mrs Pointain in forenoon. Mary came soon after dinner to take me to Dr Urban. I was there quite awhile and walked home. Did some ironing got my supper and took a ride with the Byingtons. To bed early. Wednesday June 2nd 1930 I wrote Winnie in AM. Ott here for dinner and we arranged for paying for the monuments as the work is all done. Hattie here in afternoon. Read in evening. Thursday June 3rd 1930 I did some work about the house and wrote Birdie & Ida. Mary came at one oclock. I was at the bank before we went to the show "So this is London." Cora & Hattie then they brought me home after. I went to Dr Urbans for treatment. letter from Laura. Lydia suffering greatly. Friday June 4th 1930 It rained all forenoon. I read some and wrote Laura. Late in PM Ott took me up to Hatties. We had supper with them and then went home with him. William & Mary had young friends for picnic and fireworks later. Rob came to bring us home.
