Friday July 11th 1930 Still frightfully hot. Little sleep last night. I wrote Winnie & Laura. I did little work my leg hurt if I moved about. Mary came for me after dinner. William got home. We took Ott & Hattie to the McClintock-[Monna?] wedding at 8.30. Then rode till time to get them and leave me at home. Saturday July 12th 1930 William took me to The Dr at 9.30. After that went into the dentists soon and had three teeth pulled. Hattie was there and took me home with her. Rob brought me home after supper. I talked with Mrs Gay on the porch. Letters from Nellie, Emma Herriott & Laura. Lydia about the same. Sunday July 13th 1930 I put in the AM about the house. Slept after dinner. Hattie came about four oclock. William and Mary here in the evening. Cora came for Hattie. My mouth feels sore. I cannot eat much. Weather cooler. Monday July 14th 1930 A delightful day. Did some washing and sewing. Slept in PM. Read in evening. The Byingtons here. Letter from Winnie Wrote Mrs Falk. Tuesday July 15th 1930 A card from Ida tells she is in Milwaukee. I wrote her. I had a letter from Carrie Wilson. Mary took me to the Dr in PM. I slept after I came home. The Whetstones met Lula Holson that was with her daughter at four oclock.
