Friday October 10th 1930 Soon after breakfast went out to Inglewood by street car. Ott took Emily & Little Betty for the ride to Anaheim and left me at Mrs Moores. I had a good visit and came back by Bus. I found phone messages from from Lizzie Felkner and Mary Taylor. Supper in the coffee room. Early to bed. Saturday October 11th 1930 I wrote Mattie Fletcher and Mollie Stevens. Paul Whetstones came for me at 12.30. Had lunch with Mary. Then Paul took us to a show and for a ride. Letters from Hattie & Laura Mason. Evening down stairs. Sunday October 12th 1930 I wrote Emma Herriott & Hattie before Cornel Briggs and wife came for me. I had a nice day with the family. Claude & Blanche came and they brought me back. It was a fine ride through the bright lights. Spent evening down stairs with Mrs Harris. Monday October 13th 1930 I went out to Seiberts by street car. Ott & I had such a good day. Maine came to supper. Later Rob & wife called. Home by street car at nine oclock. Letters from LeGrand & Mary. A beautiful day.
