Friday June 24th 1927 I came down in the truck and put in a full day sewing. I finished my dress and did some other sewing. Rob away again so I went home by taxi. Hattie still suffering with that ivy poison on her face. Very tired, went to bed early. Wrote Ida. Saturday June 25th 1927 Hattie and I went to The River Junction Picnic with Ott & Fannie. I came down to my rooms first. We had such a good time. Was tired. Early to bed. Sunday June 26th 1927 Hattie and I walked to the cemetery in AM. Rob came at dinner time. I slept most of the afternoon. Rob & Hattie had a ride after supper. Nellie is 40 years old today. Monday June 27th 1927 I came to my rooms with Rob. I was up town before noon. I paid Ruppert & Seaman bill. I cleaned my silver today. Wrote Cora in PM. Tuesday June 28th 1927 I came down to my rooms in the store truck. Was up town awhile. Had letter from Lydia. Wrote Winnie, Emma Davis and Mrs Falk. Did more writing PM. William took me home early. Hattie had Mrs Shafter and daughter with Fannie & Mary there for supper and the evening. Rob home for the evening meal. Weather turned very warm.
