Monday November 7th 1927 I went up town to do errands. I stopped at The Millers and was taken up to The Cemetery to make plans for changing the marker at Wills grave and putting one at Mays. I went over to Fannie by taxi in afternoon. The Bremners went away tonight. I rode home with Cora. Letter from Mattie Fletcher. Read in evening. Tuesday November 8th 1927 I was working on curtains most of the day after I cleaned the bath room. Hattie here a little while. I went up town late. Got more curtains. A letter from Ida. She will be coming soon. Sewed all evening. Wednesday November 9th 1927 I sewed on curtains all AM. The Byingtons took me up to Hatties to the annual meeting of her church group. I worked all evening regulating trunks and closets. Irna Klein came in for a call late in the evening. Thursday November 10th 1927 I sewed all forenoon. Went up town in PNM, paid gas and light bill. Got me a meat grinder and other errands. I felt too tired to go to prayer meeting. A foggy day. Friday November 11th 1927 I worked at the cleaning till about the middle of the afternoon. Hattie came and stayed till after supper and we went to a picture show. Rob came to take her home. I had a letter from Ida. She cannot come out now. Wrote Laura Mason.
