Wednesday March 21st 1928
Wrote Ida in AM. We went down town about three
oclock. Called on Mrs Bracy. The I stopped with Mrs
Reimers while Mrs Falk did errands. We came out to get
Mr Falk. He had dinner our place. We were invited
another. Then to mid-week meeting. I had letters from
Ott, Rob, Nellie, Cousin Jen and card from Corrie Hess.
Thursday March 22nd 1928
I was busy with different things in AM. After dinner
had a long nap. Went down town with The Falks.
Friday March 23rd 1928
We took Mr Falk down town early to go to Winter
Haven. Later went to The Station to meet Mr Boher
who came from New Albany Ind. I wrote Mrs Doyle.
Mrs R T Allen at Billings Montana and Hattie. Had
letter from Lydia. We went across the lake in PM
to call on neighbors. Then to The Presbyterian church supper and to
picture show. Mr Falk got back to ride home with us.
Saturday March 24th 1928
Wrote Bro Ott, Cousin Jen, Lydia & Winnie in AM. We
rode to De Leon Springs to the depot for Mr Bohers
baggage and stopped in town. A beautiful day. [Fulton?] birthday
Sunday March 25th 1928
We drove to Daytons in time for dinner. Then on to
The Beach where Mr Boher went in the ocean. Back
by way of New Smyrna. A delightful day and trip.
Had letter from Bro Ott with the word a son of
Blanche Emmons killed in Auto accident in Des Moines and she badly hurt.
