Thursday April 12th 1928 I wrote The Levagoods and bro Ott. Then out to see Warner McCall for an hour. After dinner Winnie and I went to LaGrange to see Louie Bremner. Nice time. I wrote Lydia and Hattie after I came home. Friday April 13th 1928 A short forenoon. After early lunch went away down on the south side to see "The Student Prince." It was raining some, but we got home nicely. Saturday April 14th 1928 It snowed by gusts most of the day. I wrote Mary. We both took a nap. Went to the picture show in the evening. Flora Levagood called later. Sunday April 15th 1928 We did not go to church. Soon after lunch went out to Levagoods by street car. They had other guests so we did not stay long. Will brought us part way home. Monday April 16th 1928 I went down town alone, was in the stores. Had lunch and went out to Woolfs by Bus. Had nice visit. It was seven oclock when I got back. Letter from Hattie. They go to Los Angeles. Letter from Mrs Doyle. Wrote to her. Tuesday April 17th 1928 Wrote Hattie & card to Mr Rhind. A letter from Ott says William & Mary drove to Chicago Sunday. I spent the afternoon at McCalls Wrote Lydia in the evening.
