Wednesday April 18th 1928
We went down town before noon. Called on Levi
Fuller and got tickets for "Fly by Night." Had lunch
and rested at Fields awhile. The show was good
for the kind. Wrote Bro Ott & Mrs Doyle. Early to bed.
Thursday April 19th 1928
We left about ten oclock for Fields Museum. It was
a nice trip and much to see. Came home about four
oclock. I rested awhile. Spent evening at Fred Givens.
Friday April 20th 1928
Winnie came down to the station with me in a
taxi. A nice trip home. Mary met me and took me
over for supper. She had other company. I came back
soon and unpacked my things. Had letters from Mrs
Falk, Ida & Lydia. Mrs Doyle in here to sleep.
Saturday April 21st 1928
Breakfast with Mrs Doyle. Then
I went up town for some thing to eat. I worked
at cleaning all afternoon. Wrote Lydia, took it to office.
Sunday April 22nd 1928
I finished a letter begun to Winnie last night. Ott
took me to church. Rob home with him to dinner. Then
to ride with him and Cora. I rested and read some.
Wrote letter to Mrs Falk and L D L. Took to mail box. William home.
Monday April 23rd 1928
Went up town. Bro Ott here to eat diner with me. He
brought checks that I looked over and a new list of
securities. Did some writing in afternoon.
