Sunday September 30th 1928 Ott took me to S S & church. I had my dinner at home. Ott & Fannie came for me. I went to call on Mrs Partridge. Later had a long ride with The Byingtons. Went to Stevens. Read all evening. Monday October 1st 1928 I did some washing and went over the rooms. A letter from Cousin Jen. I went up town in afternoon. Wrote Ida and read in the evening. Fine weather. Tuesday October 2nd 1928 Went up town early to get apples to fix for church dinner tomorrow. I got them done by two oclock. Hattie came and after supper we went to The Church. Wrote Mattie Fletcher. Andersons brought me home. Wednesday October 3rd 1928 I got ready to go to the church. The Whetstones came for me. We had a good meeting. I got home at four oclock. very tired. Read in evening. Thursday October 4th 1928 I was up town to pay bills. Got rebate from The Light & Gas company. Hattie came in PM. We went to Folsoms in The Bus. They live as they always have. Hattie spent evening here. It rained. Wrote L D L. Friday October 5th 1928 I did some washing and cleaning. Wrote Winnie & Sister Ida. Took the letters to office soon after dinner. Stopped at picture show. Read in evening and Dr Bates here to care for my feet. weather pleasant.
