Friday November 30th 1928 I went over to Coswells to engage flowers for Sunday. After dinner Mr Albers took me over to Lizzie Duncans for the afternoon. Carl brought me home. The girls busy getting ready for Company tomorrow. They got their new light fixtures today. Saturday December 1st 1928 I walked to town and back. Called on Birdie Hatton and The Woolfs. I found The Parsons from Lincoln here when I got back. A fine visit. Mrs Fochler & Francis called late in the afternoon and Harry came about 8 oclock. Bro Otts birthday today. Sunday December 2nd 1928 Harry took us to S S & church. I had such beautiful flowers in Wills memory. The Clarkes were here in the afternoon. After Harry and they had gone I packed up my things to go tomorrow. The evening visiting here. All tired & to bed early. Monday December 3rd 1928 Mr Albers & Edith took me to the depot. An easy trip. Went out to Winnies in taxi. Rested awhile. After supper we walked up to Fred Givens to call. Tuesday December 4th 1928 Not a pleasant day but we went down on Michigan St to show. Letter from Hattie forwarded from Delavan tells Mrs Dow died Friday night. I wrote Hattie and Lydia. We went to bed early.
