Tuesday December 18th 1928
I got more mail ready. Went up town late
in the afternoon. I did a little more shopping.
Did a package and wrote cards all the evening.
Wednesday December 19th 1928
Took some mail to the office and went up
town. Hattie here for dinner. After she left
I got mail ready. Went to the PO with packages.
I spent all the evening writing letters or cards.
It has been a cold day. I got a lot of mail.
Thursday December 20th 1928
I went up and bought presents for Fannie,
more cards and some little things. I got
more mail ready and took it to the office
after supper. Wrote more in evening.
Friday December 21st 1928
Went up town early, sent some thing to
The Rhinds. Did a lot of errands, was up
in the office to see Ott awhile. I wrote a
little in afternoon. Did some ironing, went to
PO after supper and did more writing. A lot of mail.
Saturday December 22nd 1928
I went up to a bake sale and bought some things.
Hattie here for dinner. Rob came and took her
over to Byingtons. I wrote a couple of letters and
went up town before supper. Got a gift for Lib Stevens
and card for W B Mc---. I put in the evening
doing up packages for home folks. Lots of mail.
