Monday November 16th 1925 I was sewing on my blue dress I am fixing. Mrs Mass here to help care for baby. I went to town in taxi and home with Ott at supper time. Letter from Mattie Stitt. They go to Los Angeles soon. Tuesday November 17th 1925 I was sewing most of the day on a dress. Mrs Mass over to help care for the baby. Hattie & Cora to call. William & Mary come tonight. I wrote Warner B McCall. Wednesday November 18th 1925 I finished my dress this morning. Rode to town with the girls after dinner, stopped at the church to attend Missionary meeting. Later called on Mrs Bradway. Then to the store. Rode home with Cora. Evening with The Radio. Thursday November 19th 1925 I came down to see Nettie Moore about boarding with her later on. Then down town to have hat fixed. Had lunch and went out to Aunt Emmas. Came back about three oclock. Wrote Lizzie Lindley. At 5 oclock we all three went over to Mrs McClintocks to supper. Very delightful. Mrs Shultz and two girls & Mrs Shafter came home with us to listen to President Coolidge speak in New York. Friday November 20th 1925 Rob brought me home soon after breakfast. I took care of the baby and helped a little with the work as Anna went home sick a couple of days ago. We went to Cedar Rapids in afternoon taking Mrs Mass with us. A beautiful day. Much like this date in 1884 when Charlie and Ida were married. Wrote Lydia in evening.
