Saturday August 6th 1921 Visited with Margie most of the forenoon. We took her to the depot for the 3.30 train. Fannie with us we called on The Mussy girls at Dr Morrows. Home at supper time. Hattie and me down to Otts in evening. Sunday August 7th 1921 Read the papers in forenoon. Hattie to church and away with Otts in afternoon. I wrote to Ida, Birdie, May, Winnie and card to Mrs Pickens. A cool pleasant day. Monday August 8th 1921 Cora to the store in the AM. I worked on my [evening?] tatting. Rested in afternoon. Ott brought my bank book in. Hattie to Old Ladies Home in PM. Rob home part of the day, not well. Tuesday August 9th 1921 We did a big washing and the girls did their ironing. After supper Rob took us down to Aunt Ellens and we stopped in town coming back. Fannie was with us. Helen Danner was married to Norwood Louis this evening. Wednesday August 10th 1921 I did my ironing this forenoon. I am sewing the tatting in Hatties doilies. We went to town after supper to hear the bank play. Wrote Catherine McCollister congratulations Thursday August 11th 1921 We worked all forenoon cleaning up the house. The Dunlap children here awhile. Had letter from Nellie Boswell and later in day one from Lydia. After supper Cora, Hattie, and I went to do errands. I spent the evening with Aunt Emma and Anna while the girls went to picture show. weather warm. Fannie here in afternoon.
