Wednesday, April 26, 1865. This day that we had thought would be dull has been very pleasant indeed. This morning went to Portsmouth and visited the Marine Hospital. It is certainly in one of the [finest?] situations in the country. Evening all went to African meeting Some things occurred that were exceedingly amusing. All very tired tonight.
