THURSDAY, JUNE 1, 1865. Mrs W- and Miss F- went to the Iowa Troops, & I had to be in bed, but could not say I felt the June thrill my pulses. Mrs Cole sent us a beautiful luncheon. for which we were duly thankful. Mattie & Nellie went to an Ice-cream & Strawberry Festival. Read some today in the Harper. Mrs W- wearing herself out & no one to help her.
