Saturday, July 8, 1865. As we expected Mrs W- arrived before we were up. Doing little errands, and talking with her most of the day. Only three letters written. Made painfully conscious of my many weaknesses by a few words intended very differently. Put the photos into the Album and find it very fine. Will only be here a few days more at farthest Good letter from Father full of Christian sympathy and love.
