Friday, July 28, 1865. Most of the forenoon spent sewing, but interspersed with calls the best from Dr Elliott. P.M. to the sisters meeting with Ma' "Heaven came down our souls to greet, And glory crowned the mercy seat." After meeting Mollie K. Phebe E- & Emma Coleman called. It seemed very pleasant to have old frends come to see me. Read to Ma' all the eve, & retired late.
