Sunday, July 30, 1865. Attended S. School & preaching. Read a S.S. Book to Charlie after dinner. Then to class at Mrs Hamlines. Half an hour too early, and so was blessed with a good talk with Mrs H- Class a most precious season. To preaching at the chapel at five then home & spent all the evening reading the precious Bible. Seldom have enjoyed it more. A blessed day.
