Saturday, October 28, 1865. Awoke with love to God filling my heart A.M sewing and talking with Tillie. P.M helped Tishie some, and talked with Milton and Tillie in his room He was some better in the evening and talked much like the Milton of old. I had hardly hoped for so cheerful an evening here. Am so thankful that I can be of a little use, and make some return for the kindness we have received from M
