Tuesday, October 31, 1865. Tillies day of days With Tishie went down street and made some purchases for the bride. Baking, fireing & stirring all day. About four Mr W- came and brot' me letters from home, very good. One from Mrs W- & one from Ellen M-. Wedding passed off delightfully, day very pleasant. Go into school tomorrow & dread it. Have enjoyed [event?] communion today.
