Thursday, November 2, 1865. A day of real trial. O! if I could do anything but teach. Children very restless, and evening found me with a hard headache. Went to the book-store and purchased the Atlantic, and then to Mrs Darwins Had a precious time with them & a delightful moonlight walk with Ella. M- no better & eve passed very quietly.
