Wednesday, November 22, 1865. Up this A.M. about 1/2 after 2, at least two hours too early. But the time soon rolled round & M & I went to the depot. Had a good quiet talk in the warm room and then she was off. Read my Bible till school time. Some annoyance as usual in School but on the whole the day passed pleasantly. Eve' too dull to do much, wrote a letter to Ellen M & one to bro Joe', & then retired feeling that I had missed one of the pleasant things of the evening.
